Nothing beats a proper well balanced diet, hard work and proper sleep and recover; but there are a few supplements out there that can help push you over the leading edge of achievement and plateaus that works in conjunction with those foundations. This is one of those products! I just finished off 4 weeks of using the sp tropin and even though I could have been more strict with diet, holidays didn’t help, I am thoroughly impressed and happy with these results. Going into this I wasn’t looking for weight-loss or working on body building hypertrophy work but worked for more overall strength gains mostly in lower body work. I compete in Olympic weightlifting so all movements involve a heavy amount of leg work. I did generally 1 maybe 2 days tops a week of some hypertrophy work just to try to add a little size for fun; but I also made sure I ate enough to provide sufficient energy for muscle gains rather than restricting caloric intake for fat loss. All tested prs went up! Front squat from 335# to 370#, back squat 352# to 385# at a lower bodyweight! , snatch from 104kg (228#) to 106kg (233#) and consistently hitting 102kg(225#) snatches comfortably and finally clean and jerk from 133kg (292#) to 140kg (308#)! Also double jerk off blocks at 300# which I normally really suck at. Doing all this while I coach at a gym, go to school for chiropractic, starting a new job and trying to plan my wedding for May! It’s been a juggle but an exciting one to say the least and with such a busy schedule and still able to build so much incredible strength certainly says something. I didn’t lose weight, barely gained weight and I didn’t measure fat percentage but it sure feels like I put on muscle and burned the fat off at the same time. That’s the dream isn’t it!? Cut out fat and build muscle at the same time!? This stuff was truly amazing. Now repping out my previous squat 1 rep max. After 4 weeks I still haven’t finished off the my first package and I’m excited to see how much more I can achieve with the rest. Studying nutrition in school as well.
